From the list of allowed foods

Try to avoid meat and fish products cured with nitrates, which are known carcinogens

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

So those are known and possible cancer causing agents right? well from what I just pulled from the internet

Does anyone know how they will effect my induction? cause I didnt read the label for my keilbasa and my bacon and they both have sodium nitrate listed as their last ingredient

You might have water-retention issues if they have a lot of sodium in them, which would affect your immediate scales weight.

So drink extra water if you can to help improve things.

Blah--why do they put that stuff in our food anyway? I just don't get why harmful junk like that is allowed to be put in foods that we eat!

Water pills are not normally recommended for Atkineers unless prescribed by your doctor, as the WOE acts as a diuretic (makes you pee more!) just keep drinking your water
