I just got done calculating at fitday and I've only consumed 13 carbs (I think 2 were fiber- so does that reduce carbs to 11?), but I think I'm done eating. I feel like I'm just done with food today. I think the appetite suppression is starting to kick in, however, I don't want to enter starvation mode. I recall Dr Atkins saying he had very obese and hard to treat people on even lower carbs than 20g, so I'm thinking I'm okay?
