Hi all...got a question....is a packet of Splenda considered a "serving" or is it a teaspoon of Splenda?

A packet would be a serving. If you only used 1/2 a packet in your coffee... you might be able to consider that 1/2 a serving.
A tsp. could also be a serving... if that's what you normally use.
If I have a recipe that calls for 1/2 cup, and it serves 12... each serving is that 1/12th of the 1/2 cup.
Just count the carbs... a packet is 0.9 net carbs and a Tbs. of granular is 1.5 net carbs (a cup of granular Splenda is 24 net carbs).J.

And remember that one packet of the granulated splenda equals one teaspoon of the loose stuff - even though it is a smaller amount. The loose splenda has a different 'bulking additive' from the packet stuff to make it equal the sweetness of one spoon of sugar for baking recipes.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
