  • Which numbers should I trust?

    On the back of my atkins advantage bar it says the carb count is 2g per serving

    yet on calorieking it says 15g of carb per serve

    Im very tired right now and easily thrown off track, can someone please tell me which is right?

    i'd say, dont eat the bar!!!

    theyre a well known staller, dont wanna upset your hard work for a bar!!

      it says it is induction safe though?

        Atkins Nutritionals say its induction safe, Dr Atkins said just eat from the acceptable foods list, if you read the ingredients on the back you will see lots of things that are not induction safe....

        Atkins nutritionals are just out to make money since his death.

            yes they are!

            at least you know now though, be careful with the shakes also, in fact, be careful of anything pre-prepared, check out the ingredients list and make sure its all legal!

              Yes Emma is right!! Try to eat just things of the list, and your 2 week induction will be sooo worth it.

              I never touch anything pre-prepared - I tend to go to the recipe section and hunt out some good hints and tips from in there.

              Good luck on your induction - I cant wait to hear how you've done
