    Hmm. i think i have decided on what to do.

    I am going to use splenda and thats it, as its in the book.
    But not jelly, syrups, or cocoa as it is not, right i am decided. I'm not pleased about it though

    When i get a craving i will just keep occupied, shouldn't be hard as i'm going back to uni in a week.

      I just wanted to say that a big part of the 2 week induction is to rid yourself of those sweet cravings and it may not be in your best interest to feed those cravings just yet.

            I just thought I'd chime in here too. I cannot have any kind of sweeter. Not only does it make me crave more and more sweetner, it makes me hungier too! I believe it definately raises your blood sugar levels, which stops weight loss. And I did not lose any weight or inches even when I had like two packets of splenda of a day. I'd say stay away from all over it so you can truly see the wonders of Atkins.

                I Agree With Kat...if U Stay Away From The Sweets U Will Stop Craving After Time..then U Wont Be Dependent On Them....and Btw Tom Is Time Of The Month( I Just Learned That Myself Lol) When I First Started I Was A Junk Food Junkie And When I Stuck To A Clean Induction It Washed Those Bad Habits Away!!!
