Just wondering if they were legal?

Tinned tomatoes are legal--in small amounts. A half cup has 4 NET carbs. Baking powder is sort of legal (the first ingredient is corn starch), but the stuff you bake with it is not. I'm wondering what you are using it for that doesn't have some kind of grain?????

RE: tomatoes, be very careful, most will add sugar, check the ingredients, the only ones i have found without added sugar are the organic ones!
