  • mongolian bbq. arggghhhh...

    so i just had mongolian bbq for lunch. i added chicken, pork, and beef, zucchini and broccoli, oil, garlic, fire sauce and soy.

    i ate the WHOLE bowl. i feel like i blew it. did i???

    hahah -- so you feel like you blew it because you enjoyed it? or did you think you ate too much? THe only thing i could see that might cause a problem would be the sauces. Often sauces can contain sugar and unless you can look at the ingredients its hard to tell. I would not stress about it though. I would just carry on doing the right things and you shouldnt have a problem. Sounds yummy -- we had a mongoliam BBQ place here years ago but its closed now ( sad face)

      yeah, i feel like i blew it because it was soooooooooo good and i ate so much.

      this morning, i had NO loss, but i didnt get all my water in yesterday. but, todays a new day, here i go!!

        I make that at home all the time, stir-fry.
