  • WHAT'S For LUNCH?

    It's been a long time since we've had a "What's for" thread in this forum!

    I'm in the Pre-Maintenance Phase, but I'll list the Induction friendly food I have today.

    Hot chicken salad with tomato wedges



    (Hot chicken salad is the usual chicken salad (cooked chicken, mayo, etc.), but it's baked until it's hot and bubbly. I prepare it in the morning and bring it to the office. I nuke it in the microwave to heat it up---some cheese on top doesn't hurt either. )

    Sliced Turkey rolled up with cheddar cheese and sliced cucumbers dipped in blue cheese dressing.

          5 ounces (measured--I'm scale obsessed these days) pulled pork that I made in the slow cooker this weekend.
          100 grams romaine
          5 ounces yellow pepper
          2 tbspn fresh salsa/mayonnaise dressing
          1 tbspn olive oil
          1 cup fresh calabaza (spanish pumpkin)
          .5 tbspn butter
          200 grams jicama
          ~Joy
