  • Killer ketosis breath

The first time I followed this WOE, I was a smoker. Well, I quit smoking last December, and now, four days into my induction, I am assaulted with ketosis breath! It smells like moth balls. It keeps wafting up into my nose. My sister suggested I didn't notice the ketosis-breath as badly before because my sense of smell was dulled by cigarette smoke.

I don't want to waste my carbs on breath mints, but man... this is bad. I hope I am not emanating the scent of moth balls.

I have to meet with a debate group for class tonight. Maybe I'll announce a disclaimer at the beginning, and pass out those mouth/nose masks for any interested parties...
