    Starting 9/11

    Hello Again Everyone! as you can tell, i joined a while back, i just was not able to get started when i wanted to (due to some Family DRAMA ) but things are getting under control now and im Sooooooo ready to start my Induction... i will start on 9/11 - this is my husbands birthday and since we dont celebrate his birthday on that day anymore, i figured we need 'something' to make it a better day 9/11 will be my Start Date. i have had my book, and ive been lurking every chance i get so ive learned quite a bit since i joined... hopefully nothing else will deter me from this Wonderful Way Of Eating! Im On My Way!!!

    Welcome! Glad you're ready to take the plunge. Drama happens. If you wait for it to stop, you'll never start induction. As soon as you get the hang of Atkins, you'll be able to handle the drama and other pitfalls of life and your new way of eating (WOE), all at the same time. Your 'diet' is one part of your life over which you have total control, even if it doesn't feel like it at times. Only you can control what you chose to put in your mouth. We are here to help you. Just come here when life gets overwhelming and we will help you through it.

      I have been doing this for a week and this is the easiest WOE that I have ever tried.
