excedrin migrane

Started induction today and with that comes headaches galore. I know perscription meds are not ok but would it ruin my induction if I were to take one excedrin tablet daily or maybe not even that often? I only take one at a time being that I medicate easily but is just one a day enough to throw me off?

What makes you think prescription medications are not allowed during Atkins? If you are on a medication prescribed by your physician, it's advisable to continue taking it unless your physician tells you otherwise.

As for over the counter medications, typically they are okay as long as they don't contain added sugars. You'll have to read the ingredients to the Exedrine because I think it contains caffeine, which isn't allowed during Atkins. But check the bottle because I'm not certain if Exedrine contains caffeine or not.
