  • Salt

    My mom just cooked me fried eggs and put salt on them. I was not thinking. Am I screwed now? Was that ok? It is my first day returning, and i do not want to mess it up already.

    We should all limit our salt intake, but the people who are salt-sensitive should limit it more closely.

      You are okay...just watch the amount because too much can slow your weight loss and make you stall!

        Salt doesn't make you stall. It causes water retention and that's entirely different from stalling. It's just water You'll still be losing fat.

        But like Megs said - everyone should watch their sodium intake. Not only does it cause bloat - for some to the extreme - but then there's that whole little hypertension problem for some.
