Broke through H*** yesterday, I really thought I was gonna dive into some donuts, ice cream and gosh knows what else.
I didn't.
I stayed at 19 carbs, fat/protein for yesterday okay - water finally drank yay.
Book came today - read ...or TRIED to read the medical stuff....got lost and kept going til I found english and read from there.
I finally made a mock danish - they're yummy and really a.) helped my sweet tooth and filled me up and ...yet I think they turn on the "I want MORE sugar" button...will get back to you on that.
I haven't weighed myself and am not sure I want to....ketostix have been lighter today...
All I know is I'm doing a clean induction (Unless the mock danish wasn't allowed?)
And yes ... I found out how to make a no/low carb stovetop meatloaf...
