I created this spreadsheet to help me track everything. It tracks the food I eat and the total carbs, my weight, my ketosis level, it has check boxes to help me make sure I drink all my water and take my vitamins. I even put a spot for a weekly inspirational quote to help me stay focused.
I use to help plan a menu for the week and I print it out and carry it with me everywhere I go (it prints only one page for the week).
