  • What a wonderful WOE

For years I had done WW and struggled along fighting cravings, hunger pangs and staying within my points, and then giving up. It was a never ending cycle. Like many other uninformed people I thought that Atkins was an evil diet. Finally I hit a new high weight and knew that I needed to do something, and WW wasn't going to do it for me.
So I bought the book, and started on my way. OMG I wish I had done this years before. I have had no cravings along the way. I only get hungry when it is time to eat something. I have so much more energy its unreal. My only side effect has been the bad breath.
I started the 4th of this month and have lost over 21 lbs. I know this loss won't continue at this pace but what a great feeling it makes. My pants are already baggy.

I know this WOE will get me to my goal.

I want to thank everyone on this board, I have read and re-read so many posts and learned so much. What a great community.

I AGREE!~What a wonderful WOE! I too wish I had done this years ago. It's a whole new world out there for me now. People notice me, people respect me, people want to talk to me. Nobody did when I was fat. I was the brunt of their jokes, I was mean and miserable and made everyone around me miserable. Dr. Atkins has changed my life and for the better.
