Any opinions on whether an afternoon or evening mug of green tea (decaf, of course) could stall me?

Re: decaf green tea
This may sound odd, anything can stall anyone. There arent any hard and fast rules. If you are experiencing a stall (btw a stall officially is no weight loss or inches lost for 6 consecutive weeks). if you are experiencing a stall you should cut certain things out to see if they are effecting you or not.
As I said, to be honest, not everything is the same for everyone.
Good Luck

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

OMG! just logging in to ask this exact question, thanks for reading my mind. I heard that cold drinks slow down your metabolism and hot drinks speed it up so I have been dinking some tea every day, decaf of course. I figure it's better than chewing ice like I usually do. Have you found that the tea is slowing the weightloss?

Re: decaf green tea
I wish I could remember where I heard that tid bit. It was recently and I know it was on tv other than that I am racking my brain to place it. Does it sound bogus to you? I has helped me as far as my ice chewing issue. Anyway what do you think?

Re: decaf green tea
I remember reading that if you drink cold water your body needs to burn calories to warm it...
Thats my two cents...not sure about the hot vs cold and metabolism.
