1st goal: 170
2nd goal: 160
3rd goal: 150
4th goal: 140

Eligura, there really is no set time to lose 40lbs.
Think of it as a change in your life.
Think of it as having control of your eating and over your life.
I have a tremendous of amount of more weight than you and I could lose 40lbs faster than someone else, cause to me 40lbs is a drop in the bucket.
Follow inductions rules, drink a lot water, and exercise.
The 40lbs will come over faster and easier that more you stick to Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR).

i suppose, you are right, It is just that i always like to plan and want to know what the steady rate of losing a pound should be on Atkins.

2lbs a week is always a safe amount, but as you get nearer to goal it will prolly go down to a lot less than that!
do everything right, follow the book and you'll be there before you know it!
