Just wondering.... We went to a pho restraunt today (I had a plate of beef) and I am wondering if anyone knows what the broth is made of. It seems just to be a broth but you never know the hidden ingredents. If it is legal it may just be tasty. Thanks!

Re: Pho?
I often phone a company up and ask what they put into foods - or if they are worried about letting a 'secret recipe' be know ask them to confirm whether their chef uses starches or sugar in making them. If you explain first to them that you are not able to eat those things but would love to eat in their restaurant regularly and need to know which dishes are 'safe' for you to order I cant see why they wouldnt tell you, as it is a chance for them to get more regular customers if the food IS okayfor you.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
