    Are you allowed diet caffeine-free coke? I read the lable and it has no carbs in it.

    its the sweetener that may cause you a problem, i wouldnt recommend it during your first 14 days, you can try it after and see if it stalls you.

      If you do decide to use sweetened drinks as part of your Atkins, make sure you count the sweetener as being part of your 3 servings of sweetener per day - a 'serving' is usually reckoned to be 8 fluid ounces, so one can will be more than one serving.

        You should try Diet Rite sodas caffine free, sodium free and made with Splenda. Besure to count as 1 packet of Splenda per serving.
