    No nap yesterday-too much energy!!

Yesterday was my 2nd day on Induction. Normally when Im not working, I always crash and have to have a nap. Well, around 2pm, out of habit, I tried. That was a "no go". I layed down for about 10 minutes and couldnt do it anymore. I felt really good, alive. Throughout the day, it stayed apparent to me, at how much energy and how mentally focused I was. I even read 170 pages of DANDR. For anyone who knows about the "crashes" several times a day, this was huge for me. YEAHHHHH!!

Isn't it wonderful?! I used to require 10 hours at night to really get a good nights sleep, now it's 5 hours!!

            Keep up the good work
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
