Is this what the Induction Flu is? How long is gonna last? What can I do to make it go away. This is day 3 on induction for me.

it'll be gone by about day 5.. drink lots of water and take some painkillers if you need to

Take alot of pain relievers and get a lot of rest. Soon you'll have so much energy, you won't want to sleep!

exercise is the only thing that makes my flu go away.
you have to find something you enjoy doing, walking in the mall, skating, playing with kids, it does not have to be olympic marathon training , but you have to find something to get the motor running so that you are in ketosis and burning stored fat.

Ya I had to go back yesterday and get another shot of antibiotic. I have been putting off taking a lortab just cuz Im not a pill person. I decided to take one and now Im feeling better. I am going to fix me something nice for dinner. My two daughters, 20 and 14, are so excited about my 9 pound loss. They were laughing and hugging me and telling me how proud they are. Whatever is making me feel so bad, so be it. Im gonna get through this.MiniGoal 1-240
