  • Changes in taste

I just had the oddest expreience. I had two pices of celery and relized that it tastes sweet and butter has an actual flavor! I wonder what other changes will happen. This is the easiest diet I have ever been on and just wanted to tell someone how happy I am.

it really is amazing how after time, food does taste different.
I never loved spinach omlettes and now I love them.
I never liked cold boiled eggs, and now cold boiled eggs & cream cheese is like a treat. weird.

Once you kill that nasty sweet-tooth, you'll find that many foods are naturally sweet in taste. Red and yellow bell peppers are so sweet tasting to me, I often have them as "dessert" with a piece of creamy cheese like Brie or Camembert.

And wait til you get to OWL and start adding berries---as sweet as candy! BUT if you continue to be dependent on an "added sugar" taste by using the max number of sweeteners every day, every week, you might not be able to detect the natural sweetness of veggies and some fruits.
