How much water? in litre's please..

How much water should i be drinking per day, im starting induction tomorrow morning 24.9.07 or 9.24.07 for you americans. all measurements i've found are in ounces and i dont know how to convert that into litres


anybody help?

One litre equals 33.8 ounces. You need to drink at least 64 ounces plus 8 ounces for every 25 pounds you have to lose.

yep 2 litres a day plus about 3/4 of a litre for every 25 pounds you need to lose!
