First week done, feeling great but my fat % went up 1.5% which is quite a bit.
I'm eating clean and drinking my water, i did weigh myself half way through the
week and my fat % did not change it was still at 28%. and now it is 28.5% I was wondering am i eating to much fat?, i just started working out too, but the last time i did atkins i was losing body fat consistant with my weight and i did not excersise lost 20lbs in 10 weeks.
