  • I'm melting...melting!!!!

got on the scale this morning for 3 wk weigh-in: I am 15 lbs lighter than I used to be.....that makes me VERY happy!

And this is without <coff coff> any serious exercise ~ things have just been too crazy at work this month, but when they quiet down I will resume my walking regimen (and hopefully move on from there to more exerting activities)

I think I might have found "the" way to finally become the person that I want to be. Thank you Dr. A ~ you are an angel.

Congratulations, 15 pounds is awesome. When I find it too crazy to exercise, I walk in place or do extra stretches in every move that I can. Great job....I'm so happy for you!! Whoopppeee!!!

I can just imagine how that felt. I know I had to double check the scale this morning but I can't imagine seeing 15 pounds of me gone... FOREVER. Keep up the good work!
