    I know exactly what you mean. The only thing I felt bad about was the weight gain. Made me feel better that it's not exactly weight

      Well, this morning I found myself to be 245.5lbs. The five pounds I put on over the weekend are gone! Must have been water weight. I feel so much better being on-track again!

        That's one of the hardest things with the Atkins Diet, is trying to jump start the diet with the first 14 days. Be sure to move on and follow the diet properly though. I knew someone who had a slew of medical problems based on his "extended" induction.
