I KNOW I REALLY SHOULD STOP WEIGHING MYSELF BUT IM ADDICTED..HOWEVER I WEIGHED MYSELF LAST NITE AND THE SCALE READ 314
.... GOT UP THIS MORNING AND GOT ON THE SCALE AND IT READ 318
..HOW IS THIS POSSIABLE....MY STARTING WEIGHT WAS 322 SO CONSIDERING THE SCALE SHOWED 314 I GUESS I LOSS ABOUT 8 POUNDS.....WHY DOES UR WEIGHT FLUCTUATE SO MUCH
..OH YEAH BEEN ON ATKINS FOR 8 DAYS AS WELL....

) but it can get frustrating because the scale does tend to fluctuate depending on the time of day, when you've eaten, been to the loo, etc. It is a good idea to weigh in the morning just once a week and leave it at that if you can.
