Yes you will generally always be lighter in the morning. Try and way on the same day at roughly the same time each week. That way it will help you keep a more accurate log.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I'd definitely weigh myself in the morning before eating anything.
you might be eating and drinking more or less on different days so imo what the scale shows in the afternoon or evening isn't 100% acurate.
Date to reach goal: I don't care, as long as it happens :P

        Re: when to weigh myself?

It was a mistake for me to weigh in yesterday.
2 weeks stuck at 274, I got very disappointed.
Weight loss is not linear. I know, but after a whoosh 2 weeks, you get addicted, you think okay, i have found the fountain of youth diet, and its all smooth sailing, there will be bumps on the scale along the road.
I know my clothes are loser, and I know all about retaining fluids and waste before a weigh in , but It still bumed me out.
        I was down all day.
        So back to optimism today.
I have never had the hunger pains after induction that match my hunger feelings before I started induction on a low fat diet, so time to buck up, buckle up and get motivated.
        Have a good day.
