    maybe im going crazy

    hi everyone
    i started atkins on the exactly 12 days ago..my starting weight was 322..i got on the scale this morning and it said 302...could this be real..or am i dreaming..but i don't feel smaller

        Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

        Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
        Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

        so:
        Restart Progress:
        12/28/09 ~ 235.1
        01/04/10 ~ 229.0
        01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
        (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
        01/18/10 ~ 227.4
        01/5/10 ~ 226.8
        02/01/10 ~ 222.6

          Nah you're not going crazy You can lose that amount after Induction...lots of it is "water" weight.

              Now, you aren't going to lose at that pace every week so keep perspective and as great as this feels, don't let the scale dictate your happiness in the weeks where the numbers aren't as exciting. But the truth is, you are doing well ... keep it up and we'll see you around here for a long time to come and we will celebrate your victories!!

                  thanks to all...i really love this bulletin board it keeps me focus..i was getting really stress due to the fact that the scale wasn't going nowhere for me....but i really thank u all...
