  • Buffalo Wings; Induction friendly or not?

I was at my local wing place.
I asked them if they have any chicken that is not breaded.
They said all their wings have no breading.
So I had 10 hot wings, blue cheese and celery.
Do you think wings made in restaurants are on induction.

    Thanks

If the chicken was breading free, you're good to go on the chicken.

Now the question becomes: Are the sauces?

Your best bet is to make wings at home with Franks and Marie's.

Frank and Marie are two of my very best induction friends.

Typically there shouldn't be an issue if they're not breaded, just make sure the sauce isn't like a BBQ base or something.

Both sauces/dressings I read on these boards have no sugar in them, so would be induction-legal

Frank's hot sauces are made with cayenne peppers and no sugar though I couldnt find a list of ingredients online to check this

Marie's dressings come in various flavours but on their website (http://www.mariesdressings.com/) I couldnt see a list of ingredients

I did find a site with one man's attempts to replicate Maries blue cheese dressing which list the ingredients in it

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

              Thanks for your replies.
Once in a while hot wings with blue cheese , is absolutely the greatest appetizer ever.
