It's my first day and i really want to get this right, so like it says in the book i dont want to give it up as another diet that hs failed!
I'm going to only eat foods off the acceptable foods list and check the nutrition information for everything i eat, noting the carb content minus the fibre!?? and if it has no nutritional value i'll look it up in the carb counter at the back of my "Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution book"
If I do this Will I be doing it right???
I really appreciate the help! Hopefully i'll be an expert soon and be able to help someone in return!!
