          HAHAH i always call it "my mothly bill" thanks hahaha yea its that time for me now and its hard just starting induction. I want candy and chips and everything else i can get my paws on.

              Apart from those monthly cravings, be aware that many people experience weight gain over or around that time, so take no notice of the scales!!

              Dr Atkins in his only mention of it said
              • If you start Induction before or during a menstrual period, it may take longer for weight loss to register
