I had a severe case of sweet tooth last night and saw that coke zero has no sugar or carbs, little sodium thats it. Is this ok???? Sorry i aske alot of questions, waiting on my book to get here via mail.

No its sweetened with Aspartame, isn't it?
Asparame is one of the dreaded sweeteners that must be avoided at first as its a common staller for people on this WOE.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Rich is right.
You'd also have to count any soda you drink against your sweetener allottement for the day.
