Hey all!
Third day on Atkins and loving it BUT i really cant believe that it's going to work! I started on saturday and was 1lb down on sunday then today i'm a pound up!!
I'm only eating foods off the acceptable foods list and either checking the nutritional values or checking my book! I'm drinking 5+ ltrs of water a day and eating between 15g and 20g carbs a day!
Feeling worried that I'm doing something wrong!
Can anyone answer these question please?...
-do i have to count calories too??
-what will throw me out of ketosis?
Any advice or guidence greatly appreciated!

if you want to weigh yourself alot... do it once a week... not once a day... im very impatient myself, but after losing only 2.5 lbs during the whole 14 days of Induction i was like WHAT THE
but then i slipped into OWL and lost 6 more pounds the next week...!!!
