  • Clean Induction!!

Just wanted to let you all know that I just finished my 2 week Induction... I did not cheat at all! Even after visiting friends out of town, work get-togethers, a bridal shower for me, attending my favorite mexican restaurant, etc... I ate clean and did not cheat one bit!!!! Drank my water daily too!!!!

....Guess it paid off, I lost 12 lbs!!!

Looking forward to meeting the "new" me ....
(I'm going to get there by following this new way of eating.... Making changes for the better!)

When I began Atkins, I found there was no other way than to do a clean induction. Why walk on that top of that slippery slope if you can make it easier on yourself and see results??? Congratulations to you!! Job well done!

                  Weigh to go

Are you moving to OWL now and adding more veggies?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
