Re: heavy?
One fluid ounce of the double cream (fairly thick but still runny when fresh) I use is two tablespoons.
One fluid ounce of the squirty cream isnt much, and as it is bulked up by the added gas to make it foamy I am not sure how much volume one fluid ounce of plain cream whips up into.
If you have a food processor or blender stick whip thing you could try whipping up one fluid ounce of the runny stuff to know how large a blob it makes, to be able to guess the equivalent quantity used of the squirty stuff (if it has legal ingredients).
Some of the squirty cream has sugar or other sugar stuff like high fructose corn syrup or dextrose added so would not be induction-legal. As with all products make sure you check the ingredients for hidden sugar
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
