No shakes during induction. Try and stick to real food. No skipping meals, the rule of thumb is that you should not go any longer than 6 waking hours without something to eat (it doesnt matter how small a meal), but no longer than 6 hours.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
first two weeks of induction, i don't like to wait more than 3 hours, cause by 6 i am starving. keep induction legal snacks in the house and work.
know where you can get tuna fish, chicken salad, burgers no bun no ketchup from fast food place, plan plan plan.
