What other woe lets you have bacon and eggs for breakfast and cheeseburgers from mcdonalds without the bun while still loosing quickly. I went on atkins and lost 13 pounds in a week and then did it for another week and lost about 7. While that time i still has normal ketchup and salad dressing and accidental things like cottage cheese a few times. I always try it and then i go have fruit and that triggers more sugar...then I have bread. Today I am starting it for real. This diet is amazing. I am sure I can lost the last 60 pounds in about 6 months. Then think how wonderful i will feel(being 130 would be like a dream). I have only been overweight for a couple years now. Ever since I was 17 i started to gain weight. I am 20 now. I used to be blessed to eat to the same extent as a 400 pound man and still did not gain a pound. Then life reality hit in.I do not want to go another minute let alone another year of being fat. Thanks

Re: Atkins lifestyle
Do your 14 days by the book, this time.
On Day 15, you can move to On-Going Weight Loss phase, where you will reintroduce foods like cottage cheese, fruit and bread in controlled amounts. See, in the end, Atkins teaches you how to eat and what to eat for your body. And that's important to know if you want to maintain your goal weight.

Re: Atkins lifestyle
I didn't mean to imply that on Day 15 you can add on cottage cheese, fruit, bread into your diet on Day 15. I meant to say that on Day 15 you can move to OWL phase, in which foods like cottage cheese, fruit and bread can be added in a controlled and organized fashion.Originally posted by angel_glitter_45actually day 15 is just adding in more veggies
