Re: salsa
This is a hard one, don't give up. Maybe someone will be able to tell you. Give it time.
I have no idea how to make a lowcarb salsa...or any salsa for that matter. Hopefully someone else can tell you

1 green pepper, seeded and diced
1 jalapeño, finely diced

Re: salsa
Also Joy, Weekends are a little slow on here. But I noticed quite a few folks on here are up and on their computer around 4 or 5 in the morning. So I usually give it 24 hours if I'm looking for an answer
I hope those recipes are what you are looking for.

Re: salsa
Real traditional salsa is naturally low carb. Don't overlook regular cookbooks and allrecipes.com I get most of my "low" carb recipes from regular cookbooks especially julia child, various french and mediteranian books. Salsa has always been just veggies and lime. The big companies just started adding sugar because it kept people buying and covered the bland taste of jared old veggies. onion, tomato, celantro and lime is the basic list for regular red salsa.

Re: salsa
Pace chunky salsa is natural, no sugar and low carb (but still a tomato product, so has natural sugar). I buy it hotter than I normally like it to get more bang for my carb buck. You eat less that way. I've been using it through more than 100 pounds loss.
