Everyone's timetable is different, and it may be "induction flu". Some people just experience flu-like symptoms. If it continues, you may want to check with the doctor to have a check up. Our body thermostat changing is sometimes as a result of change in our thyroid.
When you are alone in your head, you are in a bad neighborhood. Start:494/current:170 Began Atkins 1/4/2004
Thank you for the feed back MissPhode and IrishIrish. I seen people refer to "induction flu" but wasn't sure what they were talking about. Maybe this is it. I doubt it is my Thyroid because I have had it tested three times this year and 10 times in the previous two years.
Hope it foretelling a wooshie. I'm not exactly sure what that is but it sounds good!!!!
The first time I did Atkins I was always cold, and I did have chills. It's been really warm here for the past couple weeks so I haven't been cold, but I have noticed that I'm colder than I usually am. It's starting to get chilly now so I'll probably be wearing 2 sweaters and a fleece vest in the office like I did last time.
