I am taking a red eye flight from D.C. to Minnesota at 6:30am.
So no places in the airport will be open for breakfast.
What are the best , easiest snacks, I can bring on the plane.
Its only a 2 hour flight, but you know , when everyone else is having a hot breakfast filled with carbs, I will want to eat something,
I figured, atkins shake, but that is not induction friendly.
Or hard boiled eggs, or cold chicken probably.
What experiences have you had on atkins when you are flying?
