  • Day 2 ....

    Yesterday i was in such a grouchy mood .. Just felt down all day, kinda depressed ...... I was good all day and didnt eat anything bad ... Then when i went home i ALMOST ruined it ... but i didnt ... My niece was over at my house last weekend .. and we made cookies .. So i had a bunch of cookies and cookie dough left over ... I wanted to eat it but i didnt .. so glad i didnt too .. cause today i feel so much better and very motivated !!! I actually made all the rest of the cookies and didnt even take one nibble ... then today i sent them out the door with my Boyfriend .. told him to take them to work ... Temtation gone !!! Plus Brian thought it was totally sweet of me to make him all those cookies to take to work with him Ok so ... Todays Game plan ...

    Breakfast : I ate a leftover Chicken Thigh ( I know im weird )

    Lunch : I made 2 cheeseburger patties last night (Meat/Cheese/Lettuce/Tomato)

    Dinner: Im gonna make Eggs & bacon .....

    Snacks .. i brought some plain pork rinds and a string cheese to work with me ...

    Ahhh dont worry u can do it! Today is day 2 for me tooo! Yahoo for resisting the cookie and the cookie dough! One day at a time, that's what i telll myself.

      You should try to eat more salad vegetables.

        Stay strong ladies! It's gets much easier! Great job with the cookies... that's my biggest weakness!

            Well i have lots of lettuce for my burgers (probably 1 - 1.5 cups) and two nice slices of tomato's ..

            Maybe tonight when i make my eggs & bacon .. ill make omelets instead and add some veggies

              I am on day 4 of induction .. and my temptation is toast!!!

              Mince Balls , Cabbage and a burger ( no bap )
