I think it is okay as long as you stick to your two servings of sweetners and still drink the same amount of water as you were before. Water is water, there is no substitute. But I dont see anything wrong with drinking a splenda sweetned drink as a treat.

Crystal light is made with aspartame which is not allowed. But I will have some every once in awhile. I love the tropical punch....it's sooooo good.

I remember reading somewhere on here that the Crystal light packets have aspartame in them but that the pre-made bottles of crystal light are made with splenda.

I can NEVER find the pre-made bottles, no matter where I look
