Yep! I love a wedge of iceburg lettuce with blue cheese dressing. It's very OK to have. Just remember veggies are to be kept to 3 cups per day. Two cups of salad veggies, and 1 cup of other veggies on the induction list.

It's acceptable but to get more vitamins and nutrients from your salad opt for darker leafy greens instead. Good and good for you!
