i bought some salsa today (pace) just wondering how i count it in the veg. used a cup of it in a pound of hamburger and cooked it with some fresh peppers cut up for the crunchy effect lol trying to be curious with foods so i dont get bored!

You count it as a vegetable. Since the majority of salsa is tomato it counts as an "other" vegetable list vegetable. And you have to count the carbs.

I didn't see your other salsa thread. But tomato salsa is super-duper easy to make: chop tomato, chop alittle onion, chop a hot pepper. Mix it together, add a squeeze of lime juice and a pinch of ground cumin. That's it.
