  • Best Salad Dressing at Jason's Deli for Induction?

Going there for lunch and will have the salad bar. Any suggestions for toppings and dressing?

    Thanks!

I never heard of Jason's Deli. But I stick with Blue Cheese. Oil and vinegar is always a safe bet.

Oh, I forgot about oil and vinegar! thanks!

i see a lot of people using Ranch around this board, but most of the Ranch I've seen (Hidden Valley, etc.) has added sugar. What am I missing here?

According to "the book" your salad dressing can contain 2 grams of sugar per serving and you can still use it. I don't understand it either.
