I hate how when you look at the carb content on a label it says '0 carbs' "1 carb" .. but then you read the ingredients and its full of bad stuff .... I like the creamer at my work ... "1 Carb" - 1st ingredient "corn syrup ... soy sauce "0 carbs" - !st ingredient "wheat" .. i never understood that ....
