  • I rewarded myself today

    With some Carl's Jr ..... Dont worry Low Carb of course !!

    I'v been so stressed and discuraged the last few days .. and really i think i've done great so far .. i've lost 8 pounds in 8 days .. so how can i complain .....

    And i think everyone is right about my menu .. i wasn't eatting nearly enough...

    So i went to Carls Jr and got a Low carb six dollar burger ( No Catsup) and a small diet soda .... It felt so indulgent to bite into a big burger and sip on a bubbly soda ...

    Plus i walked ther & back ( just cause i felt like it) so i got like a 30-40 min walk in too

    I'm totally motivated !!!

    That's not a bad reward! And you walked there too which is GREAT! For dinner tomorrow night I'm gonna get a double double protein style (dbl chz burger wrapped in lettuce) sans the sauce and ketchup! 8 lbs in 8 days! THAT'S AWESOME!!!!!!!!!
