    Quit smoking.

Focusing on eating low carb and exercising has been the distraction that I've needed to quit smoking! It's been eight days now without a cigarette, and I couldn't feel better. Loosing weight AND taking control of my body feels simply amazing. I would suggest now as a great time for anyone to try to quit smoking who is thinking about it.

Thank you everyone for being so supportive, you all are wonderful.
