what oils can u use? can u use veg. oil?

Veggie oil, olive oil, canola oil, coconut oil, any oil. I use different oils for different things. Olive oil is good for salads and making sauces, soups and stews, canola oil is good for frying. Peanut oil has a high flash point so if you do any deep frying you might like to try that.

advocado oil (the only one that does not burn until reaching 500°F)
